I’ve spent more than 25 years working alongside purpose-driven entrepreneurs to help grow their businesses and their impact. As a former COO/Integrator and CMO, I recognize the obstacles to growth and have navigated many of them myself. I have facilitated numerous planning sessions and am a strong believer in the value of creating an environment of openness, accountability, and growth-mindedness.

Surrounding yourself with the right people will help you get where you want to be, faster. I’ll bring my expertise as a System & Soul Executive Coach, former COO/Integrator and former EOS Implementor, as well as first-hand experience executing on the Scaling Up performance platform.
